Range Rover announces first landmark installation at Milan Design Week, in collaboration with NUOVA, marking a 55 year-long design legacy

Gaydon, London - 24 March 2025: Marking its first landmark installation at Milan Design Week, Range Rover presents Futurespective: Connected Worlds, designed in collaboration with California-based design studio NUOVA, a creative duo who create immersive spatial experiences that shape the future by drawing from the past.

Presented at the 18th century Palazzo Belgioioso, Futurespective: Connected Worlds is a dynamic two-part experience that transports visitors between two time portals. Together with Range Rover’s in-house creative team, NUOVA visually narrates Range Rover’s design lineage and enduring influence on modern luxury through a cinematic journey across the two distinct eras, from 1970 to 2025.

Juxtaposed between a seventies dealership and a space designed to reflect Range Rover’s contemporary identity, the large-scale installation is conceived as a ‘futurespective’, encapsulating the metamorphosis of the brand from its conception to present day vision, from Range Rover’s first ever sketch from 1970, to its latest known prototypes.

A multi-dimensional journey, the installation features bespoke scents by Aeir, NUOVA’s carbon negative luxury fragrance brand, designed exclusively for Range Rover, alongside custom-designed furniture, outfits for the ‘time travel’ hosts, and integrated sound throughout the installation.

Born out of utility and the epitome of British originality, it has always been about more than a vehicle. Since our first sketch in 1970, each new product and brand moment has served as a reflection of contemporary culture at large. This spans its inclusion in the Louvre, a first limited-edition with Vogue and prevalence across magnificent moments in cinema. Our installation in Milan captures the essence of this profound cultural influence—a 55-year ongoing story, with design at its heart.”

The installation will be open to the public from 8th - 11th April 2025 at Palazzo Belgioioso, 2, 20121 Milano.
